Tragedy strikes local restaurant as woman dies from fall off balcony

A tragic incident has occurred at Live@Wildebeest, resulting in the death of a woman in her 30s. According to Boksburg Advertiser, the woman died after falling from a balcony in the early incident at the Boksburg venue. The police have opened an inquest docket.

Sergeant Justice Ramaube of the Boksburg North SAPS stated that the woman suffered head injuries in the fall and was taken to Thello Mogoerane Regional Hospital, where she later passed away. The police are investigating.

The police later learned that the deceased’s mother reportedly died on her birthday. However, the police have not confirmed if this affected the incident.

Boksburg Advertiser approached Live@Wildebeest for comment, but the business declined to provide a statement. The venue briefly responded by expressing condolences to the deceased’s family and friends. They are cooperating with the investigation.
