Urgent Water Supply Halt in Ninapark: Residents Advised of Emergency Shutdown

There is an emergency water supply shutdown in Ninapark, Theresapark, Heatherdale, Heatherview, Clarina, and Winterness.

Scheduled repairs at two locations necessitate the emergency water shutdown: 80 Willem Cruywagen Street and 138 Berg Avenue. Metro spokesperson Lindela Mashigo said the repairs will last from 09:00 to 17:00.

Apologising for the inconvenience, Mashigo urged residents to report water-related issues and incidents during the shutdown, providing contact numbers for different situations. The temporary shutdown is part of efforts to address burst pipe repairs and ensure the reliability of the water supply in the affected areas.
