The VIP unit has been released on bail. In this recent development, the eight Presidential Protection Services police officers receiving bail were involved in the shocking incident of beating motorists on the N1 in Gauteng. Per news24, the Randburg Magistrate’s Court approved their bail applications on Tuesday morning. Magistrate Hlengiwe Mkhabisi set the bail amount at R10,000 for each officer.
