Spotify announces launch of ‘Original Podcast with Trevor Noah’
Trevor Noah has signed with Spotify. Having held the top spot in numerous international markets and being the number one podcast publisher in the United States (US), Spotify announced earlier today that the renowned comedian would join the streaming platform to launch a new Original Podcast. According to Eyewitness News, Noah’s weekly offering, which will debut in 2023, will showcase his unique blend of wit, humour, and global perspective as he explores the hottest and most compelling stories of the day.
In his charismatic style, Trevor Noah expressed his enthusiasm for this new venture, saying, “It’s really exciting to be joining Spotify on a fun new adventure where we’ll engage in interesting and meaningful conversations with some of the world’s most fascinating people. We’ll also probably fix every single issue humankind has ever faced, so you definitely want to join us for every episode.”
As a New York Times bestselling author and renowned comedian, Noah will share his insights and engage with influential figures worldwide, bringing diverse perspectives to the forefront. His new original series will be available across various platforms. He will collaborate with some of the best podcasters in the industry, including Alex Cooper, Louis Theroux, Emma Chamberlain, Dax Shepard, Markiplier, Drew Afualo, Lena Situations, and others.
