Her father, Oupa Shadunga, only became aware of her disappearance on August 28. He mentioned that this wasn’t the first time Kgomotso had gone missing, but she typically returned the following day.
Desperate to find their daughter, the family has conducted searches at various locations, including her friend’s residence in Nellmapius, Phase 2 in Mamelodi East, her school, and the general vicinity of Mamelodi.
Both parents reported Kgomotso as a missing person at the Mamelodi East police station on August 28.
Oupa Shadunga issued a heartfelt plea for his daughter’s return, emphasising that life without her was not the same. Currently, Mamelodi East police have not provided a statement regarding the missing person’s case.
