Family Reveals Teboho Joala, Slain Rand Water Exec, Was a Target

Teboho Joala, the Rand Water executive brutally killed during a donation event at Zakariyya Park Civic Hall, had a target on his back, according to his grieving family.

EWN reports that the shocking incident unfolded in front of hundreds of primary school pupils. Joala’s family, still reeling from the tragedy, revealed their belief in a looming threat to his life.
