Police Apprehend Suspected Criminal Scaling Walls

In Sunninghill, the Savika Special Ops armed response team swiftly apprehended a suspected criminal after attempting to evade capture by jumping over walls. Racheal Naicker, the general manager for Savika Special Ops, explained that they received a panic activation from a client around midday, prompting them to dispatch a dedicated vehicle and contact the client immediately.

Upon realising he had been spotted, the suspect attempted to evade capture by traversing three properties with the Savika team in pursuit. Eventually, reaction officers managed to apprehend him in a complex, and the police were called to take him into custody. Naicker emphasised the importance of their fight against crime and commitment to ensuring community safety.

The suspect was subsequently handed over to the Sandton Police Station for further proceedings. Additionally, Savika Special Ops maintains a strong partnership with the Sunninghill Ratepayers Association in various crime prevention initiatives. Despite attempts to obtain additional details from the police, no response had been received by the time of printing.
