Mogaila’s BMW collided with a Hyundai carrying the young girl, her mother, and a 13-year-old boy. The mother and boy sustained serious injuries and were taken to the hospital. Mogaila fled the scene initially but later turned himself in at Rabie Ridge police station.

Now, he faces charges of culpable homicide, reckless driving, and fleeing the scene of an accident. This incident highlights concerns about responsibility among public figures.
