Traffic Chaos as Protesters Bring Allandale Road to a Standstill in Chloorkop!

This morning, a protest occurred in Chloorkop, causing significant traffic delays on Allandale Road West heading towards Waterfall City at Kynoch Road. In addition, the protest caused severe traffic disruptions between Chloorkop and Mastiff Roads.

A Midrand Reporter journalist arrived at the scene and confirmed that somebody had cleared the road and the protesters had dispersed.

It is not clear at this time what the protest was about or who was involved.
