Loftus Area Motorists Alerted to Road Closures

Arcadia residents have received advice of imminent road closures near Loftus Versfeld stadium in anticipation of today’s soccer match. The TMPD has issued a warning ahead of the Mamelodi Sundowns versus SuperSport United game scheduled for 19:30 on March 12. According to TMPD spokesperson Senior Superintendent Isaac Mahamba, street closures around the stadium are anticipated from 15:00 to 23:00.

Motorists must avoid several streets during this period, including Park Street, Kirkness Street, Lynnwood Road, and more. Metro police and SAPS will be deployed to monitor the affected areas.
