The immediate focus is on fixing urban management issues, including restoring traffic lights, filling potholes, and maintaining green spaces.

The recent motor vehicle accident at the intersection of January Masilela Drive and Atterbury Road caused damage to power infrastructure, leading to nonfunctional traffic lights.

The metro aims to repair these lights once power is restored. The ongoing problem of theft and vandalism of traffic lights is also being addressed to ensure smoother traffic flow.

Roads and Transport MMC Katlego Mathebe assures residents that efforts are underway to address these issues promptly.
