South Africa United Against Cancer to lead wellness walk in support of cancer
Join South Africa United Against Cancer (SAUAC) for the Wellness Walk Against Cancer 2024.
SAUAC is an NPO based in the south of Johannesburg.
It endeavours to bring in a paradigm change in the approach toward the prevention of cancer by developing new communication and advocacy methods and generating new knowledge on cancers through appropriate awareness.
Not only is this a fundraiser but also a walk to promote cancer awareness and provide education regarding community resources, while acknowledging those who have lost loved ones to different types of cancer.
The walk will take place on October 27 at Rietvlei Zoo Farm on Swartkoppies Road, Alberton. The event will start at 08:00.
