Johannesburg Water greets its recently appointed Board of Directors

Johannesburg Water (JW) has welcomed its newly appointed Board of Directors, who assumed their roles on March 1. The directors, accountable to the City of Johannesburg as shareholders, bring a wealth of unique expertise and knowledge as reported by Comaro Chronicle.

JW plans to extensively utilize their skills to tackle the challenges faced by the entity and lead it to new heights.

Board meetings will be held quarterly to assess JW’s performance.

The new Board of Directors includes various members; two independent audit committee members and the company secretary are not board members.
