iStore has launched its first Apple Premium Partner (APP) store on the African continent in Johannesburg’s Eastgate Mall. Inspired by Apple’s iconic retail concept, the store aims to offer the complete Apple experience while delivering superior customer service. As reported by Bizcommunity, the concept store features an interactive experience, a full range of Apple products and ecosystems on display, training workshops with trained Apple experts, and an Apple experience for small and medium business customers.

According to Chris Dodd, iStore CEO, customer experience and care are the top priority at iStore Eastgate. He said, “It is the ultimate destination to get the full Apple experience, complemented by iStore’s unique benefits and services like iCare warranty range, Vodacom, MTN, and Telkom cellular contract upgrades, trade-in, and many more.” The upgraded services at the Apple Premium Partner store include training and workshops, in-store iPhone, Mac, and iPad repairs, and a strong focus on small and medium business customers.

This location’s training and workshop series will include beginner and advanced user workshops for iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch. In addition, the store features an on-site hardware repair workshop for various Apple repairs, including authorised iPhone screen repairs, battery replacements, and other iPhone, Mac, and iPad repairs. The store’s strong focus on small and medium business customers includes training, tech support, preferential pricing, monthly payment, and various trade-in options.
