Unconventional Imprisonment Decision
In an unprecedented ruling, the court has determined that Mudau will not be incarcerated in a correctional facility. This decision stems from the testimony of Dr Raymond Mathebula, a specialist from the Tshwane Rehabilitation Centre, who provided a detailed account of Mudau’s physical condition. Mudau is paralysed from the neck down, rendering him incapable of performing even basic tasks, including attending to his personal hygiene.
