After waiting hours, this woman took matters into her own hands. She proceeded to attempt to drive her car through the front doors. The video of the disgruntled Standard Bank customer eventually went viral. The video, posted by @mamzoh_mommybest, shows her complaining and shouting about the service. “All I want is my money. I’ve been patient enough. I’ve been sitting in the bank for more than four hours.”

The security tried to calm her, but she screamed that she wanted her money and told them not to touch her. Until now, the clip gathered over 476,000 views, and thousands commented about Standard Bank’s customer service.
