According to Palesa Memela, the client experience officer at the school, Mishayla earned honours with distinction (96%) in her bronze bar medal exam. She also achieved impressive scores of 98% in freestyle and slow dance one dance tests, and an outstanding 99% in disco dance.

“Mishayla’s dedication and hard work have also earned her Provincial and National Colours in both disco and disco slow dance, further solidifying her as a standout talent in the dance community,” said Memela.

Mishayla’s passion and perseverance reached new heights when she qualified to represent South Africa at the Disco World Championships in Poland. This global opportunity not only showcases her exceptional talent but could also lead to the prestigious honour of National Protea Colours, awarded to the country’s top athletes.

From distinction in dance exams to qualifying for the Disco World Championships, Mishayla Meyers is making waves, both locally and internationally.
