26th Business and Arts South Africa Awards Finalists Revealed
The 26th Annual Business and Arts South Africa (Basa) Awards finalists have been unveiled, recognising impactful partnerships between business and the arts. These awards celebrate the rich culture and shared values of South Africa, emphasising the essential role of public-private collaborations in promoting artistic expression and addressing societal and economic challenges.

Basa CEO Ashraf Jacobs-Johaardien emphasises the transformative potential of deep collaborations between the right partners, likening partnerships to DNA, carrying the code of shared values and mutual goals. These partnerships, celebrated through the Basa Awards, have consistently showcased the remarkable outcomes born from merging creativity and strategy.
The award ceremony will be held at the Zeitz MOCAA in Cape Town in October, symbolising the successful partnerships that have the power to rejuvenate communities and inspire creativity while also addressing pressing national issues like poverty and inequality.
