Karate Club Established at Alberton Retirement Village
Following approval from the social worker, a new karate club has been established for the residents of Alberton Retirement Village.
Commencement & Participants
- The club was founded in May of this year.
- All instructors, along with their children and grandchildren, have joined to support the initiative.
Belt Achievements
- Petro Coulthard and Wilna Jenkinson achieved a yellow belt.
- Abby Nel earned an orange belt.
- Marquis van den Heever attained a green belt.
Instructor Progress
- Natasha Jordan Nel and Shannon Carmen Thomas cleared the pre-grading for a black belt.
Training Schedule & Contact Information
- The karate students practice on Mondays and Thursdays at 18:00 at Alberton Retirement Village.
