Brescia House School shines with soccer talent
Brescia House School is elated to announce the commendable achievement of its two exceptional learners, Chloe Kutadzaushe and Favour Aikhuere, who have been selected to represent the U13 Girls Dragons District Soccer Team.
This outstanding accomplishment showcases their unwavering dedication, impressive skills, and deep passion for soccer.
Helga Bishop, the school’s head of marketing and admissions, expressed, “Chloe and Favour displayed exceptional talent on the field, showcasing not only their athletic prowess but also their strong commitment to teamwork and sportsmanship.”
She further emphasized that their inclusion in the Dragons District Team is a true reflection of their hard work and the continuous support they have received from their coaches and peers at Brescia House School.
“Following three rigorous days of trials, Chloe and Favour emerged among the 15 girls selected to participate in the esteemed Discovery Under 13 Girls Football Festival held on June 1, under the auspices of the Johannesburg Primary Schools Football Association,” Bishop stated.
Bishop highlighted the team’s success, noting their victory in three out of the four matches played, with a narrow loss in one match.
“Chloe and Favour exhibited remarkable performances, demonstrating determination and valor throughout the festival,” she added.
The entire school community extends warm congratulations to Chloe and Favour.
Their achievement stands as a beacon of inspiration for their fellow learners, emphasizing the significance of perseverance and dedication in reaching one’s aspirations.
