Ingredients

  • 1 tin Peri peri sardine flavour
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup black beans or red kidney beans
  • ½ cup charred sweet corn
  • ½ sliced red pepper
  • Salsa
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Lime and coriander

Method

  1. Assemble the bowl with rice, sardines, sliced avo, sour cream, salsa, charred corn, beans, and red peppers.
