Minnie Dlamini Embraces Her ‘Anti-Bride’ Era After Split from Dr Brian Monaisa

Minnie Dlamini is officially single—and making it clear she’s thriving.

After a few months of dating renowned plastic surgeon Dr Brian Monaisa, the pair have gone their separate ways. And while social media had been buzzing with speculation, the truth is far less scandalous than the rumours suggested.

Taking to Instagram on April 21, Monaisa confirmed the breakup in a respectful, drama-free post.

“Ms Dlamini and I had a beautiful relationship which sadly came to an end purely for personal reasons which had nothing to do with infidelity by either party,” he shared. “There remains mutual respect between Ms Dlamini and I.”

His post seemed to counter earlier accusations from Monaisa’s ex-partner Neema Aloyce, who had suggested Dlamini played a role in their breakup. Aloyce later apologised publicly, admitting she reacted emotionally.

But Minnie isn’t dwelling on the past—instead, she’s commanding the narrative like a true media pro.

On the cover of True Love magazine, dressed in sleek black as if to symbolically bury old stories, Dlamini proclaimed her rebirth loud and clear.

“My ‘anti-bride’ era … My career has never been, and will never be, defined by my relationship status. I was Minnie before marriage, and I will be Minnie long after my divorce,” she wrote on X.

Fans and followers have embraced the new chapter she’s stepping into—one that celebrates independence, confidence, and moving on without apology.

Unfortunately, not everyone’s commentary landed as gracefully. Podcaster MacG, during a recent episode of Podcast and Chill, made an offensive and crude remark about Dlamini’s personal life.

“Bro, I’m telling you man. There’s got to be something wrong with her; maybe her coochie smells or something,” he said.

The comment sparked swift backlash online, with users calling it misogynistic and disrespectful, and some even demanding the popular podcast be removed from streaming platforms.

Despite the noise, Dlamini isn’t engaging with the drama. She’s staying focused on her career, her brand, and her power to define her own story.

As she steps confidently into this new “anti-bride” era, one thing is clear: Minnie Dlamini isn’t just surviving—she’s glowing.
