European-based cybersecurity giant Integrity360 has announced its acquisition of Nclose, a leading South African cybersecurity services provider with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg. This move marks a significant step in Integrity360’s global expansion strategy, positioning South Africa as a critical regional hub for its operations.
Key Details of the Acquisition
- Strategic Significance: The acquisition boosts Integrity360’s resources in South Africa to over 180 personnel, who will support both local and international customers.
- Global SOC Network: With a new Security Operations Centre (SOC) in Madrid set to go live in early 2025, Integrity360 will operate six SOCs globally, delivering 24/7 multilingual support for services like EDR, XDR, and MDR solutions.

This acquisition follows Integrity360’s earlier purchase of Grove Group, another Cape Town-based company, in August 2024.
Nclose’s Role in the Expanded Portfolio
