Eskom Implements Stage 2 and 4 Blackouts Throughout the Week
Eskom announced Stage 2 and 4 load shedding for this week, with the power utility fluctuating between these two levels of blackouts. According to eNCA, the rotational power cuts are a response to the loss of generating units at both the Kendal and Tutuka power stations, which has resulted in significant capacity constraints.
