Jamie Foxx breaks silence on Instagram after scary hospitalisation
Jamie Foxx, the American actor, comedian, and singer, has finally broken his silence on Instagram, thanking everyone for the love and support after paramedics rushed him to the hospital in April. Previously, a family statement shared by his daughter Corinne Foxx revealed that he suffered a “medical complication”. As a result, the hospital held him for further testing, and filming his Netflix movie “Back in Action” was temporarily shut down, as reported by News24.
Recently, Nick Cannon updated the public that Foxx was “awake” and “alert” and is on his way to recovery. Cannon will host the “Beat Shazam” game show to fill in for Foxx’s absence, while Kelly Osbourne will take over as DJ.
On his Instagram Stories, Foxx expressed his appreciation to everyone who had shown love and support towards him. He also thanked Cannon and Osbourne for stepping in for him. It was his first post since April 6th, as he has been in hospital since April 12th. Foxx concluded his message by saying, “Feeling blessed”.
