SA Olympic Health World Hosts Aerobics Marathon and Boot Camp for Fitness Enthusiasts
The SA Olympic Health World gym organized an aerobics marathon and boot camp for fitness enthusiasts on 25 Heidelberg Avenue, Newmarket, their base location.
Dozens of participants gathered in the open parking lot, engaging in a variety of physical exercises such as dancing, skipping, step aerobics, and more.
The primary goal of the event was to promote and encourage healthy living among residents of Alberton and the surrounding areas.
