The Vodacom Bulls secured a commanding victory by defeating Ulster 47-21 at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria. Holding a 21-7 lead at halftime, the Bulls maintained their dominance in the second half, capitalizing on opportunities to outclass their Irish opponents.

This triumph marks the Bulls’ second consecutive win of the 2023/24 season, showcasing a potent attacking display with seven tries while restricting Ulster to three, with only one scored in the first half. The Bulls’ forwards provided a sturdy foundation, supported by an impressive backline.

Springboks Kurt-Lee Arendse and Johan Grobbelaar contributed two of the Bulls’ initial three tries, with David Kriel adding another after Ulster received a yellow card, reducing them to 14 men.

Despite Ulster’s resurgence in the second half, where they managed to score two tries, the Bulls extended their lead with additional tries from Canan Moodie, Cameron Hanekom, Boeta Chamberlain, and Elrigh Louw, securing a comfortable victory.
