Eskom Athletics Club to hold night race at SAVF Old Age Home
The Eskom Athletics Club Mpumalanga is preparing to host a night race in partnership with the SAVF Old Age Home. The event is scheduled to take place at the Old Age Home located on 52 Walter Sisulu Street and will feature a 10km race along with a fun run.
Participants can expect the following entry fees:
- R50 for the fun run
- R80 for the 10km
- R40 for the temporary licence
Registration will commence from 17:00 on the day of the event, with the race officially starting at 18:30.
All finishers will receive medals, and winners of the men’s and women’s 10km races stand a chance to win prize money of up to R400. Additionally, age category winners will be rewarded for their achievements.
Individuals looking to participate in the 10km race must be at least 14 years old, and it is imperative to present ID cards for race earnings verification.
